- Electricity charges will be additional and paid separately by students.
- From the second year onwards, fees may be adjusted for inflation by 7-10% per year.
- Please note that staying in the hostel is mandatory for the first two years. Afterward, students may choose to stay independently, provided they submit official parental consent.
- Hostel rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability of room types.
- The Seat Block Fee is a part of the Total Course Fees.
- Hostel & Mess Details is expected to be as per selection made from the table 1.2 below
- If opted through us, the MacBook Pro or MacBook Air (M4), subject to availability, will be charged at MRP along with or before the 1st Semester fees deadline (subsidized pricing may be available). The device provided will be the latest available model.
- Other Fees: The following are additional fees payable directly to the University, over and above the program fees. These include University Registration Fees (₹10,000, one-time payable at the time of admission), Application Fees (₹1,500, one-time payable at the time of admission), Examination Fees (₹3,000 per semester), Backlog/Re-examination Fees (₹1,500 per credit), Summer Term Fees (₹1,500 per credit), and Convocation & Alumni Association Fees (₹2,500 each, one-time payable during the final year of the program). The University may also levy any other applicable charges from time to time as per its policies and regulations. All such charges are governed by the University and may be revised periodically at the University’s discretion.
- Hostel Stay & Fee Revision: Hostel accommodation is mandatory for the first two academic years. From the third year onwards, students may opt for independent accommodation with parental consent and University approval. Hostel and mess fees may be revised every year by approximately 8–10% to account for inflation.
- Room Facilities & Electricity: All rooms feature attached washrooms and geyser/hot water facilities. Electricity charges are applicable separately—In-Campus: only for AC usage; Out-of-Campus: All usage of electricity in the room.
- Mess: Vegetarian meals (Breakfast, Lunch, Evening Snacks, and Dinner) are included.
- Transportation: Shuttle service is included in hostel fees for off-campus students and operates during designated timings as notified by the University.
- Accommodation Duration & Allocation: Hostel fees cover up to 10 months per academic year (two semesters). Summer term accommodation is charged separately on a pro-rata basis, subject to availability. Room sharing options will be available on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.
