This document is publishedand shall be construed in accordance with the provisions of rule 3 (1) of theInformation Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011 prescribed underInformation Technology Act, 2000 that require publishing the rules andregulations, privacy policy and user agreement for access or usage of thewebsite.

These Terms of Use of thewebsite located at the URL newtonschool.co, mobile sites or mobile Website(“Website”) is between Incanus Technologies Private Limited (“Newton SchoolWebsite” or “We” or “Us” or “Our"), a company incorporated under theCompanies Act, 2013 with its registered office situated at Sona Towers, 3rdFloor, No.2, 26, 27 and 3 Krishna Nagar Industrial Area, Hosur Rd, Bengaluru,Karnataka 560029. and the guest users or registered users of the Website("You" or "Your" or "Yourself" or"User") describe the terms on which the Newton School Website offersYou access to the Website and such other services as are incidental andancillary thereto ("Services").

8) Termination of services by Newton school without prior warning:

●     If , student misbehaves , used profanityor instigates any other student/s of Newton School.

●     Creating unofficial groups and disturbingothers and instigating them to take unnecessary steps /actions against theinstitution.

●     Sharing personal information of NSemployees and misleading others to not study/ or otherwise.

●     Sharing personal/learner specific data /Emails on any groups or otherwise.

●     Misbehaving with employees orinstructors/Mentors in class or after in any capacity which can affect learningoutcomes or mentally harass an individual.

9) Third Party Contents

a)We cannot and will not assure that other users are or will be complying withthe foregoing rules or any other provisions of these Terms of Use, and, asbetween You and Us, You hereby assume all risk of harm or injury resulting fromany such lack of compliance.

b)You acknowledge that when You access a link that leaves the Services, the siteYou will enter into is not controlled by Us and different terms of use andprivacy policy may apply. By assessing links to other sites, You acknowledgethat We are not responsible for those sites. We reserve the right to disablelinks to and / or from third-party sites to the Services, although we are underno obligation to do so.

If You and Ushereto are unable to settle the dispute amicably, either party may refer thedispute to the appropriate Courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka. Any action, suit, or other legal proceeding,which is commenced to resolve any matter arising under or relating to thiswebsite, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Bangalore,India.
